Today we read the announcement made by Italian Stock Exchange that Snia S.p.A. ordinary shares, warrants and convertible bonds are suspended indefinitely from trading. In fact yesterday, the bankruptcy court in Milan rejected the request for debt restructuring put forward by the company, declaring a state of insolvency. 
As you can see from the attached form (link) modeFinance had already predicted this bankruptcy three years ago:  therefore, SNIA is another case of bankruptcy announced.
